PQI/AIS Earns A2LA Accreditation Productivity Quality Inc./Advanced Inspection Services LLC has attained accreditation from the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) for calibration services according to the ISO/IEC 17025 Standard. A2LA is the preeminent laboratory accreditation organization in the US and maintains over 25 mutual recognition agreements with similar organizations throughout the world including the European organization, EA. All A2LA accreditations are governed by a "Scope of Accreditation" which describes the specific laboratory activities that are approved by A2LA. Our scope of accreditation covers: The calibration of coordinate measuring machines, optical comparators, video measuring systems, and manual and CNC machine tools Dimensional inspection using CMMs, video measuring systems, portable CMMs, and various hand instruments A2LA accreditation is your assurance that our equipment is traceable to accepted national standards, that our procedures are valid and appropriate for each type of equipment and that our certificates provide the data needed to prove the calibration status of each machine.
